Our Shipping Policy
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items take between 5-10 days (not including processing time) to arrive at their destination. Please check out shipping calculator and tracker at checkout to learn more.
We are not responsible for addresses that are misspelled or contain missing information, please make sure the info you entered is correct! After delivery, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
We are also not responsible for incorrect orders. If you happened to select the wrong size or color, email us asap so that we can edit the order before it's shipped. Once shipped, we cannot make changes to the original order, but you are eligible for a standard refund or exchange.
Unfortunately as of now we cannot cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
All orders are shipped out in 100% recyclable & biodegradable mailers, so please recycle! Please do your part to help the environment.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange window, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in it's original packaging. A receipt will be needed for proof of purchase.
We will process your return as soon as it's received and evaluated. Your refund or reship will take about 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Customers must cover shipping for exchanges at this time.
